The PHUN team were proud to work with Rachel Engler-Stringer, the late Sinikka Elliott and community collaborators on an important chapter about Centring Children, Health and Justice at the Core of Canadian School Food Programs in the new book Transforming School Food Politics Around the World which tackles ideas about how to successfully challenge and transform public school-food programs to emphasize care, justice, and sustainability, with insights from eight countries across the Global North and South.
